Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We used Miro to engage people in a workshop activity, so people would put their thoughts and new learnings in a playful way to test. In our workshop, people logged into the Miro and used the app to put their thoughts and opinions, and then they interacted with other people in their group via the app
  • Creating boards
  • Copying boards
  • Making multiple people interact over internet
  • More intuitive creation tools
  • Simpler sharing
  • Easier maneuvering
  • Improved productivity
  • Improved connectivity
  • Improved teamwork
It makes sense to use previously created boards [that] are ready or created by older colleagues which makes things much easier. Also, I recommend [watching] the tutorials before starting
I was able to integrate the app into my own use case comparatively easily.
We did some workshops using the Miro app, and everybody was able to collaborate on the project where it was impossible to do it any other way.

Well-suited scenarios would be mostly when a multiple people group needs to interact with each other. Such as workshops, big town hall events, etc. Also, it is good for engaging people. It wouldn't be appropriate to use it for just using it like a pdf file or PowerPoint presentation file.
