Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I have used Miro as an online collaborative whiteboard for tutorials on Zoom.

Pros

  • Real-time collaboration
  • Minimal lag
  • Precision writing

Cons

  • More in-built tools
  • Capacity to link to LMS (Canvas, etc.)
  • Better organised groups/boards and permissions
  • Minimised the impact of switching to online teaching mode
  • Allowed us to continue with our whiteboard tutorial model
  • Provided a tool for the students to still collaborate remotely
No, nothing to say.
It was easy to use the whiteboards. However, it could have been better designed on the admin side (creating boards, giving different access/rights to users).
It has allowed us to continue working in a similar way as if we were face-to-face.
