Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro to map systems of the products and create customer journey maps, to bring a better overview for my teams.

Pros

  • Allows to create a flow of stickers without a need to touch a mouse
  • Allows to download files
  • Has appealing/clean visual elements

Cons

  • More organic shapes
  • Improved productivity
  • Allowed collaborations (my company works remotely)
  • At university allowed my teachers to give us practical, engaging tasks
I am not sure what you mean by implementation, so I do not want to ruin your reasearch.
Happy to be able to embed your boards in notion and Wordpress - very helpful.
It is a crucial tool in our organization, we work with Miro every day because most workers in my company work remotely.

Yes

Mural was just painful in my opinion. Limited tools, lagging, visually less appealing. Figma, I like, I think the reason I am not using it is because Miro simply became more popular in my environment.
Collaborate with the team online, prepare files that need few people to work on and that are prone to change, and visualize the research.
