Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We drive workshops and long-term discussions using Miro to capture all the data and visually present it.
  • Capture information/thoughts.
  • Run quizzes.
  • Design thinking workshops.
  • Moving the board sometimes is difficult when a participant logs in late.
  • More tool tip texts to be included for better guidance.
  • None at the moment.
When it is needed to drive consensus and the size of the audience is huge, it is good to use.
It is not well integrated with Excel hence the task could get tedious when running projects.
It is definitely an effective tool and collaboration comes out effectively. When participants cannot join they can just log in to the board to get insights into the last discussion.

Driving workshops as you can create the board and just launch it. When the size of the audience is big then the visual representation of mind-maps are needed.
