Overall Satisfaction with Miro
In the HCD team, we live in Miro! We use it within our team and also to guide other business units in collaborating to solve business challenges. We use it for everything - from planning, workshops, synthesis, brainstorming to team bonding.
- asynchronous or real time collaboration
- Rapid sense making
- Easy to get started, great for new users to start participating immediately
- Prompting lateral or creative thinking
- Helping teams work better together
- New navigation is frustrating, it drives me crazy at least once a day
- Tables still feels bit clunky, selecting rows, columns or cells could be easier
- Grabbing a frame should move everything inside the frame even if the frame was added after its contents
- Less time spent on low value activities like email
- More productive collaboration
- Promotes inclusivity and giving everyone a voice
Really great for reducing barriers to collaboration, especially across business units that may not know each other
