Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro in order to conduct Design thinking workshops, do analysis, and share the results with stakeholders.
  • Allows me to organize boards with the use of frames and an infinite canvas.
  • Creating, modifying, and searching for sticky notes is very easy.
  • Allowing board participants to not have to create an account.
  • Being able to "bring everyone to me".
  • Being able to see everyone on video in the call would be nice!
  • Can't speak to this.
My admin had to purchase this license for us through some internal procurement channel, and it was a pain for them.
I can't speak to this rating because we haven't integrated it with anything.
Tremendously! We have a customer we work with across 2 time zones, so coordinating 3 time zones is easier because of a collaborative environment that's easy to use.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

  • MURAL (formerly Mural.ly)
God, Mural is awful! It isn't an infinite canvas, sharing things is really hard internally or externally, and it just looks so outdated.
Miro is great for workshop collaboration and collaborating internally for workshop prep. I haven't used it yet for project planning, so I can't speak to that.
