Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to perform Agile SAFe rituals remotely such as PI and sprint planning. The tool perfectly meets our need for collaboration and responsiveness. We also like the template capabilities of the tool which enable reuse and thus improves the speed at which we can perform our Agile rituals. Although the tool is great for the purposes aforementioned I believe there is still room for improvement in the interface for shape styling

Pros

  • PI planning board
  • ROAM risk management
  • Sprint planning board

Cons

  • Selecting shapes
  • Styling shapes
  • Importing templates from similar other tools
  • Improved productivity
  • Clarifying business objectives
  • Improving technology watch
One of the most important parts of Miro implementation is security, therefore it is important to enforce a policy where access to the miro boards is obtained only through SSO. Then it is also very important to limit guest access to boards and the best way to do so is to password protect these boards
I haven't really integrated MIRO in the company's IS but it works really well and thus I assume it was easy to integrate
Miro really helps to structure meetings and makes sure everyone leaves a session with the same info

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

The tool is very well suited for structuring agile rituals remotely such as PI planning, sprint planning. It is also very handy when seeking to organize a productive meeting as the tool allows collaboration. The part I like most about it is that when the meeting is over the minutes of the meeting are shorter to write since everyone already has access to the board.
