We are a remote-first company and using Miro has changed how effective we are conducting meetings and helping people to visualise what we are talking about. We use Miro to keep track of our flow charts and of our hiring plans. Anytime there needs to be a discussion we immediately use a Miro board.

Collaboration - We use sticky notes a lot which is great for people to contribute.
Timer - It helps us to keep track of time during meetings.

I think the zooming feature is some times difficult.
