Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro in collaboration discovery workshops; in requirements gathering, design planning; ideation; and to obtain feedback in Agile scrum Retrospectives

Pros

  • Multi-user access
  • Facilitation e.g. Bring to me
  • Unconstrained workspaces

Cons

  • Fixed Text box content sizes - grrr really annoying
  • Other users moving things like frames by accident
  • Posit-it's are a fixed size - sometimes would like these larger
  • 20% less time creating power-point slides
Virgin Media O2 have not integrated MIRO into any of our products & services - although I could see benefits and would love to know if it could be integrated in the future with applications such as Microsoft TEAMS or Sharepoint for example i.e. other MS Applications if possible.



VMO2 ran a series of workshops using MIRO (52 to be precise) to collate requirements from a wide range of internal stakeholders; and vendors over the Covid lockdown.
Some prep was needed ahead of each session but it was probably the best ideation series of workshops I have ever been associated with.
(Mainly as the stickies didn't fall off the wall lol!)
