We use Miro as an interactive tool internally and externally. This is a great tool to get people to interact during meetings, and allow everyone to share ideas throughout the entire process of a project.

Return on Investment

This tool has reduced the number of hours that we work on project road maps
Miro has cut back the amount of hours spent in a meeting to go over future projects and follow up needed, as we just add the projects to our roadmap in real time
Cuts back meeting times for intake sessions as numerous people can edit at the same time.

Ease of Integration

Easily integrated with other project tracking sheets. Simple to add a link/visual to a smartsheet dashboard, and tie them together so that the customer is easily able to get to the Miro sheet from a common landing page.

Collaboration

Our team is all around the world. Miro really helps us all add in our ideas regardless of the time difference. Our project time is being cut drastically by this platform and we cannot say enough great things about it.

In the project portion of our business this was a great tool to layout testing scenarios. This gave the customer a great visual of what we could do, and what the system would reject. They were able to be in Miro with us at the same time following along so that the entire project team was interacting and understanding.
