Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We utilize Miro to increase collaboration between teams and within teams. It is extremely helpful when we are looking to have larger scale collaboration that we need to do remotely or when people can't all get together at the same time. The tool is significantly more flexible and capable than other collaboration softwares that I have utilized previously.
  • Simultaneous or desynchronized collaboration across any topic
  • Importing formats/tools to solve most problems
  • Ability to create templates for others to follow
  • Ease of exporting/sharing with fellow Miro users and non-users
  • Inability to run financials or any numbers
  • Inability to create or effectively import graphs
  • Reduced time necessary for debriefs, discussions
Miro has been a gamechanger for enabling remote work. We are now able to hire better candidates as we are able to look outside our geography.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I have liked using Miro specifically for bubbling up and consolidating research findings and for creating roadmaps. It has been transformative in the way that I am able to partner with teammates inside and outside of my division as we are all able to have input quickly and effectively. However, Miro starts to struggle when it comes to importing or exporting when relating to Microsoft Office content. Specifically, I'd like to be able to import financials and graphs and maintain some functionality to manipulate the data. Even more effective linking tools to documents in other programs would be helpful.
