Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We do team retros, and architecture diagrams with it.
We find the overall look is good for presentations, compared to other programs like draw.io
In team retros, we also find the flexibility a great tool for individual expression.
Pros
- Great for rapid prototyping
- Colors by default and scalable content
- Collaboration with other team members
Cons
- Doing / suggesting templates for boards / structures.
- Better image search
- The process for outside viewers seems a bit complicated. They do not have some functionality, and its hidden (not disabled) for them.
- Improved overall visibility
- Made diagrams not so boring
- Easier to express ideas when meeting
We are remote workers, so yes! The ability to look at the same content and follow people while doing a zoom call is great.

Online collaboration. I still feel that it's too much from someone coming from draw.io, but it's way better to collaborate.
