Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Used for brainstorming and as an agile process with my customers, it is useful for them to collaborate with their ideas that can improve our projects, having a high-level picture about what is happening and what will happen during our implementation process. I use Miro to create the sprint planning plan and also the organizational chart and process.
Pros

- Can export and import info.
- Mobile app.
Cons
- Performance, sometimes takes long time to load when board has a lot of information
- Can be exported to other diagram platforms.
- An easy way to write down and diagram customer ideas.
- A professional way to work with customers.
I can collaborate not only with internal areas but also with external teams and outside customers.
