Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro developing ideas for processes and for start flows.

Pros

  • Collaborative tasks.
  • Manage various types of objects.
  • Consolidate different views.

Cons

  • Not support so many layouts start to be slow.
  • I don't like to do flowcharts on Miro.
  • Reduce complexity when you need to explain an idea.
  • Improve communication and interaction.
  • Improve collaboration between different teams.
Miro helped us improve our collaborating and allowed us to work together on the same screen.

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I think MURAL is quite good as well, but Miro has more features.
For developing ideas I think Miro is pretty good. But for describe complex flows I think it's less appropriate.
