Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We are creating a list of topics for our current customer engagements. For each customer, we have created a single point of view where all the team members update their current status using kanban boards, keep user journeys up to date, Keep a timeline of different milestones achieved during the last one year.
Pros
- creating user journeys
- Act as a Kanban board
- Collaborating with team members across different geographies
Cons
- at times during live meeting, it is difficult to follow a user on a board
- a board can become very large
- multiple people working in a small area may confuse newbies
The Miro tool has been helpful working with remote workers across multiple locations
