Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I predominantly use it now for mapping my thoughts on complex problems with many different variables but I have used it in the past (especially during COVID) for online workshops, too, to map out problem statements and use cases.

Pros

Brain mapping.
Online workshops.
Process mapping.
Facilitation of collaboration.

Cons

Cleaner user interface.
But most of the issues I face are due to organizational setups & restrictions (SSO etc.).

Miro has contributed a lot in terms of online/remote collaboration as it is a much better way compared to PowerPoints or Word documents.

MIRO is well suited to map out your thoughts individually (or with a group) and to facilitate online workshops if you need to. With regards to workshops, I do think a workshop with a group in a physical location works better, but even than, you might choose to use Miro on a screen.
