Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro at my company, especially within the product group, the most popular use is the Product Manager to document all their work, from flowcharts to tables with competition info, rarely happens that they use it to create some wireframes due to them don't have any other tool to do that, unlike the product designer that they use Figma.
Pros
- Flowchart - the ability to connect between elements.
- Comment - the ability to communicate inside the tool.
- Fast, quick and simple - a clean interface and easy to learn
Cons
- ability to add screenshots in comments
- I checked a comment from the past and I realized there not year, according the date I can understand by mistake that this comment was few months ago instead of a year+ ago. Please add the year to the date of the comments.
- The flowchart UI
- ready elements to use while Wireframing, in the past I used Whimsical and I remember the experience wireframing was really superior.
- improve the communication specially these days working remotely
- great way of documentation
- help to understand decisions taken
Wow! A lot as I mentioned in previous answers. It help us to close the gaps and decrease the physical distance.
