We use Miro to collaborate on projects, mostly to collect inputs virtually, brainstorm, workshop, etc.

Pros and Cons

Pros

It's easy to guide users when we need to all look at the same thing.
It's super easy to collaborate and exchange ideas.

Cons

I don't think so, I just think that we have not used the app to its max.

Return on Investment

Definitely improved productivity.
Everything in one place, without having to take images, etc. (from physical board).
I wonder if the mobile version is as good.
