Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Miro as a collaboration board to discuss projects. We were struggling to find a place where anyone on the team could freely brainstorm, and Miro solved that problem. Some users also use it for controlling their tasklist or for creating flow diagrams to be then used in documentation.

Implementation Rating

Very easy to implement, though licensing could be more clear (who is the guest who is the visitor, and then who needs a license, maybe some user case scenarios?).

Ease of Integration

Only tried to integrate it with Power Apps from Microsoft and failed.

Definitely, it is a great tool for that.

I think it is great when you need to brainstorm an idea; there is plenty of tools that could be used for visualizing the thought process. It's very good for VSM though some more icons would be great. I like that it's very flexible though sometimes it's hard to say on which layer you are editing.
