Overall Satisfaction with Miro

My organization uses Miro to create Customer Journey Maps and Service Blueprints during cross-functional workshops. We're a global company so having a tool where we can collaborate in one space with people across continents is crucial. The functionality is great and you can create artifacts that look impressive and professional. I spend more time in Miro than I do in any other application (email excluded), I couldn't imagine doing my job without it.
  • Intuitive UI
  • Easy collaboration
  • Great functionality
  • Allow users without full licenses to write sticky notes
  • Organization of boards on the dashboard (adding folder system, etc)
  • Refreshing the "teams" aspect, maybe we have it set up wrong but it's not intuitive and makes sharing hard. I'd like my work to be stored away in a place that feels like it's not as in the open but I put it in our general "company all" team for ease of sharing

One of my team's main roles is facilitating workshops with people across the world in our global offices and remote employees, having a tool like Miro is crucial to the success of the workshops to capture their knowledge and ideas.

I'd recommend Miro to any company that needs to collaborate/problem solve and cannot always do so in person, it's really that simple.
