Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We are a distributed team across multiple locations, so we need a way to collaborate both synchronously and asynchronously across the various locations and timezones. Our team comprises engineers, project managers, testers, and business stakeholders.
- The Miro boards are very useful in helping us with things like retrospectives, brainstorming sessions, and idea collection
- The ability to share and apply saved templates is invaluable
- The realtime features of having multiple people interacting on a board at the same time really helps to give a feel of deep collaboration, even though we're not physically colocated.
- It takes a little effort to find where the settings you need are located on the boards. It can probably be made a little more intuitive.
- Manipulating tables on the boards is a bit finicky at times, especially when trying to align things.
- Being able to share to groups rather than individuals would be helpful.
- Miro has streamlined our collaboration process, allowing us to spend less time collecting inputs from team members and focusing more on getting results
Miro has been very helpful with new initiatives because it allows us to quickly gather the team around a board for brainstorming, planning, and data collection.
