Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro as a design board to share our thoughts, brainstorm some problems, inform our team about projects and topics we have been involved with, to organise internal meetings and external offsites. Our scope is mostly internal and informal work, however, we have used it also as a deck for virtually brainstorming with clients and have early feedback on topics or creating a retrospective of a finished project.
- Recommended templates
- Guide/Onboard new users into the tool
- Possibility to have time stamps
- Embedding of image tools
- Explanation on how to create presentations
- Better organization of boards into folders or projects
- More obvious notifications
- Improved collaboration with colleagues working remotely
- Reduced time creating PPT just to share thoughts
- Improved engagement when asking for project's feedback
Definitely improved collaboration due to the big amount of remote workers, especially in the design department. Consultancy is also a big area where colleagues are not required anymore to go to their clients, so having an online tool that helps to bring all parties together is great.
Onboardings could be enhanced when a new project is set up.
