When we have a project that has a difficult flow to comprehend or many steps, we use Miro to visualize the process and share it cross teams.
Also, we use Miro for trainings workshops or ideation session.

Allowing versatility for boards use

UI behavior could be dumbed down a bit (for those who are less tech savvy)
Granting access to certain boards doesn't always work

We were working on a new feature which had many steps and involves a few different teams.
We used a Miro board to help visualize the flow and help all teams involved on the project understand the new flow. It also helped the different teams understand where their responsibility is across the process flow.
