Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Our team of researchers and designers use Miro for internal usage as well as with research/workshop participants with clients. We use Miro for data collection across multiple users online, design prototype customer journey maps, analyse qualitative research findings, design process flow, conduct user testing, team project management and conduct project retrospectives.
  • Able to do customer journey maps and flows with ready templates and customise with post-its, shapes and arrows
  • Able to synthesise qualitative findings with infinity post-its that can be flexibly move around
  • Able to help project management with ready templates
  • Gets way too laggy and take long to load when there are more than 10 boards with many post-its
  • Unable to auto-export multiple boards into 1 PDF document with multiple pages, now we have to save it one by one
  • Inconsistent performance when trying to upload pictures on the board. Sometimes doesnt work
  • Clear communication and planning between teammates
  • Enable cross team collaboration in one place
  • Improve speed of analysis
I love how literally anything from Spotify, pictures, links, PPT decks and articles can be shared on this platform in an intuitive visual
Enabled cross department collaboration across the organisation when conducting online workshops with clients
