Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to workshop strategies and approaches to projects, as well as to track safety issues and for casual reporting. Miro is great for achieving these purposes as any user can contribute at the same time, rather than waiting for one person to scribe in a meeting.

  • Polls that don't need to be started at a particular time.
  • Switching between boards.
  • Increased collaboration.
  • Increased productivity.
  • Increased feeling of ownership of projects as users feel they are meaningfully contributing.
Perfect for collaboration, especially in hybrid or online meetings where a traditional white board is not possible. This has meant we can facilitate meetings regardless of where people are geographic, which, as well as being convenient, also has reduced travel costs for people being in the same room for meetings.

Perfect for collaboration, especially in hybrid or online meetings where a traditional white board is not possible. There is a little bit of time needed for some people to adjust to some of the navigation methods used by Miro, which means it is either best suited to those who will use it more than once or who are more technically adaptable.
