Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro for a number of uses. These include brainstorming for future Assurance reviews (Audits), Risk Modelling, Team Building activities, and communicating ideas.
Pros
- Collaboration
- Explaining complex concepts.
- User-friendly system.
- Quick to adopt.
- User Licences are not an issue for shared use.
Cons
- The longer the system lives, the more complex it gets.
- I would love a way you could take an image and somehow load it onto a shape options box.
- Some AI that can look at what you are doing and perhaps say, "hey, I think you are trying to do... Would you like some guidance?"
- Reduced time understanding review/Audit/Assurance scope.
It works for me and those I interact with.

I have tried several other products over the years, but Miro does seem to stand out from a usability point of view and the approach taken to Licence requirements.
