Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for white boarding sessions as we discuss prioritization of strategic initiatives within our organization. It’s been a very helpful tool for collaboration between departments that are typically siloed off. I appreciate that we are able to use Miro to collaborate both in and out of meetings to get decks produced.

Pros

  • Collaboration
  • Organization
  • Whiteboarding

Cons

  • Easier to learn interface
  • Better training
  • Improved customer service
  • Improved project prioritization
  • Quicker throughput time on projects
  • Less rework on final deliverables
In projects that we typically would have had to share output via SharePoint, Miro has stepped in as a valuable solution. It’s allowed us to collaborate in real time in meaningful ways, rather than working through email.
Miro is significantly more user friendly in my experience and significantly easier to use.
