Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro as an online collaboration platform to process customer journeys and other canvas/maps, in which we jointly work. We use it to comment on each other's work (post-its) and we also have a Miro board with our planning (team holiday, running projects)
Pros
- Real-time
- Joint collaboration
- Easy to integrate in PPT / other programs
Cons
- Search and replace function for text
- More 'forms' like arrows (for flow charts)
- Easier select tool (instead of grouping ungrouping forms)
- Free of charge
