Overall Satisfaction with Miro

As a creative, right brain person, it helps consolidate my thoughts onto "paper". For my left brain team members, it is easy for them too, as anyone can understand graphics, not spreadsheets! I use it for all my projects. It allows me to visualize my vision.

Pros

  • offers solutions and help on the page
  • love the upload to the pdf file
  • like the sharing ability

Cons

  • Making the getting help more obvious. It's good just not "in my face" like I'd like it.
  • When inserting graphics, it's so small and I have to go "deep" to enlarge it. I might be doing it wrong; however, everything I am working with at the viewing area should be the same size.
  • Able to get thoughts to others easily, especially when language can be a barrier.
  • The design process saves me so much time, as I don't have to mess with spreadsheet's complications and words, in ability to handle graphics, and more, easily.
It allows me to get immediate questions from my designers in realtime across the globe, without all the endless emails and ongoing questions. This means I can address the little details quickly so we can move on, where in the past, I had to wait for time change to get to the next level which could take days, which, help up production and process.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Like I said in the opening statement, it allows creative minds to tell their story without spreadsheets. Having pictures and graphics are easy to read and understand by everyone, even for the left brainers! And having the space to keep adding to the story without being limited by space, is amazing.
