Overall Satisfaction with Miro

As a Product Designer, I use Miro frequently for many different applications. From brainstorming to wireframing and creating UX flows, I've enjoyed using Miro's simple tools and clean interface to get focused and do my best work. At an organizational level, using Miro as a team to communicate ideas, create documentation, and facilitate meetings and retrospectives works incredibly well.

Pros

  • Allow creation of flows and charts effortlessly with shapes and connectors
  • Allow many people to simultaneously provide feedback or ideas using stickies
  • Allow users to add emoji reactions, comments, and create votes

Cons

  • It should be easier to add arrows and connectors inside/on top of images, instead of automatically connecting to the edge of the image frame
  • Notably increase in productivity
Miro integrated easily with Slack, Confluence, and Figma.
Miro has helped collaborate on projects, allowing everyone to work together despite location.
FigJam is great if the team is already well adjusted to using Figma. If not, Miro is a better standalone product for whiteboarding.
