Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro for process mapping. We often change processes to include new strategies that might lead to better business results. The templates Miro provides have been helpful for planning the details of these changes. I especially like the collaborative nature of Miro since often these process changes are interdepartmental and involve multiple collaborators
Pros
- Easy collaboration
- Helps get brainstorming started with templates
- Easy to use interface
- Nice looking interface and features that make the experience fun
Cons
- The way you have to navigate around the board was not intuitive to me
- Sometimes its hard to edit templates and modify the format
- Greater engagement of team members
- Accountability tracking since you can see who is participating
- Saves time by using templates
As mentioned in previous answers, I think this is one of the things I like the most about Miro. I have managed multiple teams that have all been completely remote and we've gotten good feedback that team members feel more like they're in office/collaborating with each other when we use Miro for one of our team building activities
Lucid is not as easy to use and doesn't feel as engaging as Miro
