Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro to create process flows and wireframes of application interfaces associated with those process flows. From there Miro is used to collaboratively review, edit, and update those items across multiple stakeholders.

Pros

  • The ability to access by multiple users at the same time.
  • The ease in sharing material to multiple users.
  • Usability in adding and editing components.
  • Wide range of templates, shapes, and UI components.

Cons

  • Table design in wireframes that are more representative of a standard UI
  • Navigation on large boards could use a better shortcut experience
  • Improved productivity.
  • Better product outcomes.
Collaboration is definitely improved. We have been able to perform handoffs better and also have multiple users in the tool at the same time without any risk of interrupting the other person.
In my opinion, Microsoft's white board is very basic, limited usability for wireframing or process flows.
I think Figma is more complex, sharing is more challenging.

Any time you need to be able to collaboratively work on a project. Brainstorming, wire framing, kanban planning to track to-dos.
