Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have used Miro for several workshops to brainstorm policy ideas, research ideas, and other interventions with both internal and external stakeholders, these have been hugely successful, easy to use, and rewarding to all those involved.

We have also used Miro to map our our research ideas against several internal objectives which has been very useful and collaborative.

Certainly for workshops it does a great job. You still have to 'do the work' to get people talking out loud, as it is not quite the same as getting together people in the same room. It is still sometimes work to get people to stay engaged.
