Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I have been using Miro Mind Map for the past six years with four different businesses. I was introduced via Icon by Design and developed a repository and knowledge base for them using this tool. I then created one for Jenny Jones Rugs, then Kube Creative, and am now doing the same thing for Rangedale Group. It is such a great and easy-to-use program, and I find myself constantly recommending it.

Pros

  • The Mind Map is my favorite and most used tool.
  • The Shared Collaboration Notes section was also helpful for remote working and collaboration from a distance.

Cons

  • Honestly don't have any at this stage.
  • Incredible for training.
  • Incredible for knowledge gathering quickly and efficiently.
  • Incredible to holding a large amount of data.
Very easy and intuitive program.
Excellent with Google suite in particular.
I haven't used the whiteboard for anyone other than Icon by Design during COVID-19 - however, it was excellent for that purpose.
I've found one that works for my purposes and has not looked elsewhere.

I have not yet found a workplace or team for which this Mind Map tool has not been useful. The best aspect for me personally is being able to create a repository of all knowledge-based data in one spot.
