Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is the primary way we run our remote and hybrid workshops. There is no other tool on the market that has the same level of quality in terms of user experience. When we run our workshops, many attendees experience Miro for the first time. Within five to ten minutes, they are able to navigate boards and frames effectively. My favorite features as a workshop facilitator include creating separate frames for different attendees, using a timer, voting, privacy on notes, using presentation mode, gathering all people to me, and using templates. You can tell Miro focuses on features that can be leveraged live. Areas Miro could improve: I would like to see the addition of stacked rank voting. This is a critical form of voting, and until they build it, I will be forced to use Slido.

Pros

  • Real-time facilitation tools (gather all people to me).
  • Frames and presentations.
  • Templates.

Cons

  • Voting could be more robust and include stack rank.
  • A 3-minute primer for new users that can be done live.
  • Higher client satisfaction.
Miro improves remote collaboration considerably.
Miro is more comprehensive and better for running workshops.
