Miro tool review
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I currently use Miro to design processes in the CS area in which I work. We also work together with our clients at Miro, which has been a great experience. I discovered Miro in 2021, after which I started using it even on personal projects to document my processes and also create insights.

Cons
- At times I feel that it weighs down my machine a bit. Maybe performance would be a good thing
- Add one more board to the free version
- The layout of the screen where I access to share the board with someone is a bit confusing, I have difficulty knowing who the board is shared with. For example, in Google documents I don't have this doubt about identifying who my documents are shared with, the screen gives me a lot of clarity.
- Reducing bottlenecks in the customer journey
- Speed in learning about topics related to mental psychology
- Improvement in the delivery process of our services
We plan our OKRs in Miro, put the methodology into practice and with the tools offered by Miro, we create templates for each activity, we do all the decoupage of the project. We also do annual planning of the company's deliveries as a whole, products that will be launched, before anything else we map out their processes so that we can advance to the next stages.
I actually used Lucidchat, I didn't find exactly that name there, but I didn't like its UI

Usamos o Miro para fazer Desk Research, brainstorming, estruturar processos de área e planejamento estratégico. Esses itens são os maiores influenciadores do nosso uso do Miro hoje.
Já trabalhei com o Miro em outra organização, então se dependesse de mim eu não faria avaliações, contratá-lo-ia diretamente, mas se necessário eu faria um orçamento de pelo menos 3 soluções similares, analisaria os recursos disponíveis em cada plano e valores, testaria cada um deles e depois levaria uma proposta para minha empresa.
