Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Miro to diagram all sorts of things. It's easy to create a swimlane and show responsibilities across the life of a process or to create a quick systems diagram. Basically anything that you can express visually Miro is pretty good at getting it done.

Collaboration

It's so easy to brainstorm using Miro's online whiteboard. We've used this with partners across the globe. Everyone has the ability to contribute to what is happening. This speeds our ideation and design process greatly. It also aids our implementation process as everyone is on the same page when we actually begin implementation.

Miro is great for making quick diagrams. It can also be used for very detailed diagrams too but I find joy in quickly expressing an idea so that's where my focus is. I'm very happy with how quickly and easily I can make a systems diagram. I also like making swimlanes in Miro. I've even used it for collaborative brainstorming.
