Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used for user experience planning and to track what user experiences are being sent. It's helpful for identifying user journeys and opportunities for testing in the customer lifecycle. The scope of my use case is for lifecycle marketing for a b2b2c company, so it helps us identify different forks for user journeys.

Pros

  • Moving FAST
  • Iterating user experiences
  • Workspace that multiple people can work in at once

Cons

  • Some user shortcuts could be improved
  • Learning curve with more advanced features
  • Integration with other apps - a lot of what I include here are screenshots that look blurry when scaling
I wasn't here during the implementation of Miro, I've only been working here for about 6 weeks.
I can move faster with creative teams and give my colleagues better direction on what we want to build/prioritize.
I didn't select Miro but I prefer Miro to Figma, it seems better for users who aren't power users.
