Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Miro is used for user experience planning and to track what user experiences are being sent. It's helpful for identifying user journeys and opportunities for testing in the customer lifecycle. The scope of my use case is for lifecycle marketing for a b2b2c company, so it helps us identify different forks for user journeys.

Learning curve with more advanced features
Integration with other apps - a lot of what I include here are screenshots that look blurry when scaling
