Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I'm a Product Manager - so my primary use of Miro revolves around brainstorming and workshopping new ideas. I use Miro for what I call my 'discovery scrapbook' - which houses tidbits of ideas of recording clips that one day could contribute to a new product or feature. In addition, it's crucial for running workshops and creating a space where the team can collaborate and share ideas.

Pros

  • Collaboration
  • Templates
  • User Interface

Cons

  • Integrations with tools like Jira or Figma
  • Improved collaboration
  • Improved productivity
  • Decreased call time
We are a remote-first company and Miro has created a virtual whiteboard for us to collaborate. It makes it easy to share ideas together.
I find Miro easier to use than FigJam. But, our design team prefers to brainstorm in FigJam because they can easily create prototypes with it.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is well suited for scenarios where we have a group together that is brainstorming different ideas. We can all collaborate on one whiteboard and easily share these ideas with one another. Miro is less well suited for situations where you need to create a final presentation or a final document.
