Overall Satisfaction with Miro

As a learning organization, our entire team uses Miro to brainstorm and blueprint new content. We also use it to collaborate with other departments, SMEs, and customers. We also use it as a way to celebrate accomplishments each month.

Pros

  • Collaboration
  • Blue-printing content
  • Brainstorming
  • Celebrating

Cons

  • AI could be a bit more intuitive, but it has improved a lot since first released.
  • Reduced project completion time
  • Improved productivity
  • Employee satisfaction
  • Customer satisfaction
Implementing Miro has been super easy. The learning curve is minimal and the ability to send out video instructions ahead of time was a game-changer. Because the platform is so fun to work with, employee buy-in was a cinch.
Integration with Smartsheet is less than ideal. Smartsheet is another platform we use extensively and a more complete and seamless integration would be helpful. But definitely not a deal-breaker.
Miro's online whiteboard is so versatile and so intuitive, we have used it effectively in live gatherings with our team, because it was the most effective way of collaborating.
Most of the people in our company who use Lucidchart are in our IT department and for them, it works. It is much more structured and rigid a platform. The Learning department prefers Miro to Lucidchart because it is not overly structured or rigid. It is so flexible! I always tell my team, if you can imagine it - you can build it in Miro.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is the best, most versatile, and user-friendly collaboration tool I've seen. We started using it during COVID lockdowns, but it has become (in many circumstances) a better tool than even collaborating in person.
