Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro on a number of internal projects:
- Team health conversations where anonymity is important, but live collaboration is critical to unearthing difficult truths.
- Team games and celebrations such as art contests, holiday gift exchanges, etc.
- Product roadmaps that display the complex interdependencies between milestones and decisions, as well as stakeholder maps and timelines.

Pros
- Live collaboration across several participants
- Sleek visual design and easy user experience
- Great features (sticky notes, anonymous mode, hide text mode, hidden mode)
Cons
- User management is sometimes difficult - preloading everyone into the board before a meeting can feel stressful
- Improved productivity - able to align stakeholders very quickly using simple visual templates
Our team is completely remote and global - the synchronous AND asynchronous features of Miro has made for a great experience across timezones. For people who did not attend the live session where we worked on the Miro, they're able to add input after the fact, as well as see what their colleagues said.
