I use Miro to map out processes, host team sessions, do retros and more!

It’s helps everyone feel included. The people who don’t always talk in the meeting will participate on Miro at least. This helped me a ton with quiet developers in many meetings.
I also did a hybrid session and it helps include folks at home as well as in the office.
