Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro to create flow charts for processes that are being created within our organization. It helps to create a clear picture from start to finish and what is needed along the way. I love how others can be added to the board to collaborate together on ideas. Sharing a board is very simple and easy.
I have also used it to create a timeline for our recruitment process which has helped to identify when things needs to happen and who will be doing them. It gives a better picture of the overall time and personnel needed to recruit successfully.

Pros
- Collaboration
- Can be as complex or simple as desired
- AI feature to create templates cuts down time and helps to spark creativity when stuck
- You can limit who is on each board and add members as needed
Cons
- The space to create seems infinite and can be overwhelming and may get lost
- When choosing a template it would be nice to be able to "preview" them on the board without actually adding them to the board
- It would be nice to be able to organize boards into folders or something similar
- Defined clear roles for team members
- Improved organization of processes across departments
- Increase in feedback from all levels of team
