Use Cases and Deployment Scope

In my organization, we use Miro to sketch out ideas, new organizational designs, architectural diagrams, project plans, and all sorts of other use cases.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Great for hosting retrospectives.
Great for drawing out architectural diagrams.
I love to use it to sketch out roadmaps.

Cons

I has snap objects, but snap to grid would be nice.

Return on Investment

The shared architecture diagrams are a huge time saver when ramping up new individuals on the team.

Collaboration

We use it almost exclusively for our retrospectives. It is a fast, easy, and interactive way to reflect on what went well in a sprint and what needs work.
