I use Miro almost daily as a Product Manager in fintech. I use it to map out product flows & processes, gather competitor UX/UI examples, do blueprinting, and just visualize my thoughts.

Improved meeting productivity, as we all can review one process and adjust it where needed
Time saving, when I can return to my "mood board" with screenshots gathered from different places.

Alternatives Considered

Whimsical

Whimsical was more rigid and not that customizable as I wanted. Miro is way better and more smoother.
