Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it to engage stakeholders (clients) during presentations and workshops. It also allows us to easily capture thoughts, review meeting notes, and come up with the right strategy for consulting projects.

Pros

  • Live collaboration
  • Presentations and showcases
  • Note-taking

Cons

  • With many users/collaborators, it can get very busy, very quickly
  • Removing whitespace or allowing for easy background and branding adoption
  • Stakeholder engagement and attention retention during long meetings
  • Collaboration between internal and external stakeholders
  • Productivity, delivering experiences efficiently
The only issue is the subscriptions and adding new users with a quick turnaround, but this may also be a company (ours) issue more than a Miro implementation issue.
It's been rather simple for the most part. I don't recall any further frustrations
Yes, we work with global clients and many remote workers so it really helps to bring us all together. Often, it means those both in and outside of the company can feel heard/seen where normal presentations and meetings may leave some out due to overpowering stakeholders.
