Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is my everyday go-to solution whenever I need to promote ideas or keep long-term presentations.
It is full of simple-to-use tools for ideation, collaborative brainstorming, live presentations, and polls.
It is nice to see that it gets updated often with new features, and being able to use it as a standalone, on mobile, or as a web page allows me to use it anywhere

Pros
- Keep track and sort ideas in the long term
- Easy to make presentations
- Collaborative brainstorming
Cons
- Presenters note could be more UX friendly thant just a text area
- Being able to generate different pdf document from the same board
- standalone version tends to be less stable than the web one (board gets empty from time to time and it takes a restart to get them back)
- Visual documents easy to understand for multi linguale teams
- Document that are highly collaborative even when on the same time zone
- sort out ideation
My top tools are:
Notes
Jira connectors
Kanban
Docs
Mindmap
Codeblock
