Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use it to map out customer journeys and promotional plans for marketing. We've also used it to brainstorm ideas!
Pros
- How easy and intuitive the interface is
- It's an incredible tool for collaboration in real-time
- Makes it very easy to show, rather than tell
Cons
- It's pretty great!
- It saves a huge amount of time as it's so easy to use
- It's great to map out and visualise things that are hard to explain in text
The fact that all your team can be in it at once and collaborate in real time, plus being able to leave comments that sends notification so nothing gets missed it great
I think Miro is way more modern and user-friendly.
