Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro mainly for team planning and brainstorming ideas together. It helps us to work better in remote setup and saves time during meetings. We also use it to track projects and create flowcharts. It makes teamwork easy and clear.

Pros

  • Easy whiteboarding, smooth collaboration, and real-time updates.
  • User-friendly and works well for remote teams
  • Templates save time and increase productivity.

Cons

  • Mobile version not very smooth to use.
  • Too many features confuse new users.
  • Needs better export options for boards.
  • Faster project planning saved hours every week.
  • Helped reduce meetings and confusion in tasks.
  • Improved remote teamwork and idea sharing.
I give it 8 out of 10 because Miro is easy to use once you get the hang of it. The drag-and-drop and templates help a lot. But sometimes it feels a bit heavy or confusing for new users with too many tools on one screen.
Sticky notes, flowcharts, and ready templates help a lot in daily tasks. Real-time collaboration and comments make teamwork faster. The whiteboard layout keeps everything in one place and easy to understand.
Yes, after using Miro, we reduced using separate tools for whiteboarding, flowcharts, and idea tracking. Earlier we used 2-3 apps, now Miro handles most of it. It helped us keep things in one place and work faster.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I’ll give it 8 out of 10 because Miro is very useful for remote meetings, brainstorming, mind maps, and team collaboration. It works best when everyone is online and needs to contribute together. But for simple note-taking or heavy data work, it's not that effective.
