Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use a lot Miro for brainstorming (listing requirements, listing todos, defining user stories and tasks) and for collaboration (sprint retros). Miro is a very useful tool for easily drawing flow diagrams and high level architecture designs.
Another area where Miro is awesome is for collaboration and sharing. Easy to share a board with someone else, copy link to a specific frame, export to and image.

Pros
- Drawing diagrams (flow / sequence / high level architecture)
- Brainstorming (post-its, user story, adding comments)
- Collaboration (multiple users working on the same board)
- Sharing (links to direct location, export as image)
Cons
- Search could be improved (searching something across many boards)
- Maybe a bit more integration with external tools (using plugins / add-ons?)
- Sometimes takes a lot of time to load
- Collaboration across different teams
- Team productivity : centralized location for design / architecture and providing feedback
- Team collaboration (doing retro)
There are a lot of useful features for collaboration. Hands down the most useful one is the ability to collaborate live on a board and edit while someone else is also editing. Tracking where other people are on the board is useful while presenting. I also appreciate the ability to share the link to a specific frame (useful when the board is very big and you want to share a specific information)
Before discovering and starting to use Miro, I struggled to find a good tool for drawing diagrams (sequence diagrams, software architecture, interaction between different components, etc.). Other available tools are not very user friendly or have missing features (lacking collaboration or sharing options). Miro was a game changer in that aspect.
